We work with MDF, acrylic, wood, and other laser-friendly materials. You can select the material and color when placing your order

Yes! We accept custom designs. Just upload your file during checkout or contact us directly. We recommend using high-resolution vector files (SVG, PDF, or AI) for best results.
3. Do you offer personalized text engraving?
Absolutely. You can enter names, dates, phrases, or any text you want during the personalization step. Make sure everything is spelled exactly how you want it engraved.
4. How long does it take to process an order?
Production time is typically 3–5 business days, depending on the complexity of your order. Custom or bulk orders may take a bit longer. Shipping time is additional.

Yes! We’re based in Charlottetown, PEI, and ship to all provinces and territories in Canada.
